Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) is included in a common sleep disorder suffered. Sufferers often experience snoring during sleep and wake up refreshed and in a state of drowsiness during the day.
Under normal conditions, bedtime is a time relieve fatigue and regenerate body cells, so we have more energy the next day. However, if we suffer from OSA stop breathing which means there many times in one night, then the body will be starved of oxygen.
OSA can occur more than 10 seconds and was repeated until more than 30 times in one hour. As a result, oxygen levels in the blood decreases.
